Thanks for writing in the suggestion. InqScribe does have a “find” box (select “Edit > Find”), but, you’re right, it does not stay present while interacting with the transcript. We’ll look into changing this for a future update.

Good point! It is a bit of a nuisance having to 'start over' each time as opposed to just going next and closing the Find box when you are done with it.

2021 here.....Any update? Echoing sentiments of several others - who commented years ago and still no change - how is a resolution upgrade this difficult to implement? It's not great to be working on a program where the resolution looks so bad :( :(

Honestly, can you explain why hasn't this been done yet? Resolution is HORRIFIC on my macbook pro 2017. It looks like you've just zoomed in on a really, really low res page of text. It actually makes it REALLY hard to use the program when it looks this bad, it's VERY hard on the eyes.
"Not to worry" = Well Alex, we're worried. It's coming up on FOUR years...

Thanks for the suggestion. Is anyone out there still interested in an iPad app? If so, cast a vote, and tell us about your workflow in the comments!

An Ipad version would be SO KEY to be able to work...How is this not already a thing?? Laptops and desktop computers are not always the best to be working on, to be able to use Inqscribe on an Ipad as well would create more opportunities to work in another manner, making things more efficient and adaptable to situations where you can bounce between all three (desktop/laptop/tablet). PLEASE CRANK THIS VERSION OUT! PLEASE???

Thanks for writing in your request. We will consider either enlarging the current timeline text display, or allowing users to control the timeline font size.

Thanks for writing in the request! It’s great to hear users articulating their suggestions in the comments. We will keep this under consideration for a future InqScribe update.
