add a shortcut that allows to skip forward say :05 seconds.

Looking at comments from 9 years ago to solve this lol. "skip" with adding negative value to skip backwards seems more obvious that "skipback"

I would suggest renaming the existing option to something like "Time Skip (forward/backward)"

Thanks for your feedback. I see how it may not be so obvious. We'll consider adding "Skip Forward" as a separate option.

You can already do this in InqScribe using the "skipback" shortcut. Just enter a negative value-- i.e., "-5 seconds" and the "skipback" turns into a "skipforward".
