Add right-to-left paragraph option, like for Hebrew and Arabic languages

Without this support, transcribing Hebrew and Arabic languages could be messy, especially in case of long sentences or several sentences in one dialog.

    Please make this happen! Subtitling in Arabic is a huge mess

    I agree. This is essential for working with Arabic script.

    I agree-especially when transcribing an interview and the question mark gets put at the beginning of the sentence and not at the end
