It should be a web-based app to view inqscribe transcripts. That way you could leverage your transcribed interviews to an online audience. Our library could do this.

Hi. Actually, InqScribe itself is a free player of InqScribe transcripts. As long as the user doesn't need to save anything, they can use InqScribe without a license for as long as they want.
