Can I "return" my purchase for a refund?
In general, we don't offer refunds on software purchases except in cases of technical issues we are unable to help you resolve. As with all software purchases, it's difficult to "return" downloaded software and emailed license codes.
We do offer a generous 14-day trial period for so that you may evaluate the InqScribe and make sure it meets your needs and works on your system before purchasing.
