What if I have questions about my invoice?

As a small software company, we rely on an e-commerce provider called FastSpring to process payments. This allows us to sell around the world while focusing our efforts on improving the software. FastSpring automatically generates invoices for each InqScribe order based on the information you enter.

If something doesn't look right on your invoice, or if you need to request a change, the quickest route to resolving the issue is to contact FastSpring directly at questionacharge.com with the invoice link or Order ID number.
